Nilior, Inc.�s Change Management and QA processes are built around CMMI, IT Information Library (ITIL) and Six Sigma standards. We have experience integrating these processes into the leading IT Governance products (example, Mercury IT Governance) in existing and new implementations. Our testing services are based on our Austin, TX based Nilior Quality Center of Excellence.
Nilior Quality Center of Excellence allows clients to outsource the QA and Testing process in part or in full. Testing can be performed with Nilior�s Testing Tools or with the client�s Testing Tools. An on-site and off-site model is used for this offering. All activities are managed by a client specific dedicated Nilior QA Lead. We do not rely on subcontracting resources for this offering; all off-site activities are performed by Nilior�s Team Members.
