Java Developer
Needed: Java Developer

Job
Description: This position participates in all phases of full life-cycle development
/ maintenance of systems, including requirements analysis, software
design, software implementation, testing, deployment and documentation
of complex business logic in large scale Java centric enterprise
application systems and data integrity rules through Java, development
in Oracle RDBMS and
application server based environments.
The position works closely with other team members and client
representatives to meet the system requirements and business objectives
of the customer.
Minimum
Job Requirements (Background
& Experience):
- 5+ years development
experience (in the US) in systems utilizing
Java, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Web Services, JDBC) technologies.
- 5+ years experience
designing and developing complex User
Interface using Java technologies.
- 4+ years experience
designing and developing on frameworks such
as Hibernate, Spring etc.
- Strong Object-Oriented
experience
- Strong knowledge of data
structures, algorithms and analytical
skills
- Ability to work in an
Agile/Scrum development model
- Excellent debugging skills.
- Strong understanding of SQL
to analyze and maintain complex
relational data.
- Strong understanding of
application performance tuning techniques.
- Work with business analysts
and requirements documents to
identify systems/data related business requirements.
- Ability to work on multiple
projects and tasks and ability to
mentor junior staff.
- Excellent communication
skills (verbal, written, and
presentation).
Adobe Flex Developer
Needed: Adobe Flex Developer
Location: Austin, Texas
Job
Description: This position is for
Adobe Flex
experts only.
This position participates in all phases of full life-cycle
development
/ maintenance of systems, including requirements analysis, software
design, software implementation, testing, deployment and documentation.
Work will consist of programming user interface changes in
Adobe Flex, create and modify interfacing Java components, unit and
integration testing.
Minimum
Job Requirements (Background
& Experience):
- 5+ years development
experience in systems utilizing
Java, Frame Works, and J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Web Services,
JDBC) technologies.
- 2+ years experience
designing and developing complex User
Interface using Adobe Flex and Adobe LifeCycle Data Services
technologies.
- Experience working
with the
IBM family of products such as WebSphere and Rational tools.
- Must be eligible to work in
the United States of America
- Good written and verbal
communication skills.
Preferences:
- 5+
General SDLC experience in addition to programming.

Description: This position design, plans, and coordinates the work of vendor and
client staff in implementing Data Loss prevention hardware and
software. Creates project charter and work plan and tracks budget and
schedule progress via appropriate metrics. Establishes project
organization and methodologies and defines roles and responsibilities.
Documents risks and develops mitigation plans. Manages scope. Creates
and implements a communication plan. Communicates to stakeholders and
project sponsor. Identifies, tracks, and ensures resolution
of issues
and removal of barriers. Provides technical support to project team
members.
